Limited  Membership

By invitation only to a limited number of executives, members of Leadership Roundtable must be experienced, successful and like-minded, striving for both personal and professional growth. The Leadership Roundtable is a values-based organization, and the reputation of the entire group is important in maintaining membership standards of behavior and performance.

Advice & Coaching

Founder and veteran Alan Lerchbacker facilitates peer advisory groups, as well as offering one-on-one coaching to ensure clients achieve greater success. Through shared advice, coaching, and mentorship, the process is committed to ensuring each member gets value for their investment.
